Welcome! My name is Lizzie. I am a high school student who first became interested in environmental protection during a 4th grade field trip to the Chesapeake Bay. My teacher at the time, Ms. Knoblach, was extremely passionate about environmental sustainability and had dedicated her life to educating the younger generation about these issues. Since then, I have been committed to learning more about the environment and educating others on that topic through the use of this blog. I hope to one day major in environmental studies and make a career out of helping to reduce the effects of climate change and other significant issues facing the environment.
